Step 3_Time is a friend? is a project, with a continuing improvisation process. (Suomeksi alla)
Dancers Claire Filmon and Johanna Partio research time, together with a local artist. First step was taken in Bergamo, Italy 2019 and the second at SIDFIT-online festival in South-Korea 2020. At Kuopio they are accompanied with visual artist Emma Vilina Fält.
The three artists work together for two weeks and after they share the process with audience. The work is based on questions: what makes us move, what stops us and how do we feel and experience time?
Work in process-event integrates moving, speaking, drawing and the sounds created on the spot
